Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Setting the overall  direction of the country operation as well as the day-to-day operational management
  2. Ensure that the country senior management team is effective, mutually supporting and sufficiently involved in key decision-making processes
  3. Overall management of the operation, including thorough staffing plans, recruitment and development of staff
  4.  Travel to field offices for direct operational support and representation

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Developing business opportunities in different regions of the country
● Engaging key industry stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business growth plans
● Leading the Sales team with the end to end customer/prospect lifecycle, including relationship management to deliver mutual outcomes and targets to help reach the team’s sales objectives
● Providing support in the field of information, processes, products and services to enhance effective discharge of the team’s duties and smooth running of the office

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Providing efficient, flexible and responsive administrative and project support;
● Maintaining the organisation’s social media presence
● Gather information and documentation for new clients
● General support tasks for existing clients including assistance in responding to client queries and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
● Assessing customer needs and offering appropriate solutions to support other team members
